• 4″ 90 degree PVC elbow
• Pop-up emitter
• Allows water to be diverted to water safe areas away from structures, erosion-prone landscapes and poor drainage areas
• Opened by water pressure flowing through the drain pipe
• Emitter closes when the flow diminishes
• Does not rise high enough to interfere with mowers
